Can I place an order now and have it held to be shipped at a later date?
No, we are unable to hold orders. Once the order is placed and approved it will be sent to the warehouse for processing.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
An item’s temporarily backordered status is indicated after the product description in your shopping cart. An item is in stock, unless you see Temporarily Backordered in the Status column.
How do you calculate the total cost of my order?
The total cost of your order is displayed in your cart. Pricing includes shipping and tax requirements.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time the item(s) the order is processed.
Where can I receive answers to questions that I have about a particular product?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Currently we ship via Fed-Ex ground which is included in your purchase. Shipping originates from our warehouse in Florence, SC 29502. For other shipment options please contact our Customer Service at 843-413-2713 (9AM to 5PM Eastern Time, Monday – Friday).
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
If I have more than one item on my order and an item is on back order, do I get charged shipping twice?
Shipping charges are included in the price of each product.
Shipping – Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Ben-No-Mo are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Ben-No-Mo is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
Limited Warranty
If you purchased your product directly from us: Your item most likely has a 1 month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturer’s defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, customer abuse, or shipping and freight damage. Please contact Customer Service to determine the status of your warranty.
If you purchased your product from a store or retailer: You must contact the business you bought your product from to determine what warranties they provide.
Product Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Ben-No-Mo retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Once and order is placed it cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Ben-No-Mo expressly consents.
Please contact one of our Representatives to acquire about a return or exchange authorization. Ben-No-Mo does not accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has received and accepted the product in good condition. Returns of “Warehouse Shipped” items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Note That Retailer returns are subject to the Retailer return policy. The average processing time is 2-4 weeks.
Items can be returned within 15 days. Refunds are for the cost of product only and a 15% restocking fee will apply. After 15 days, the item is subject to warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative.
